Better for Runecrafting

What is better for cash and xp for runecrafting. I need to know if i hsould craft chaos with abyss, or not, or if i should jsut staick to air ruens til 44 runecrafting. I would like speed but cash is nice too. So just which is better overall including speed, risk, and cash made. So should i make chaos? if so abyss ori not? or just stick to airs?

Neither. Use dueling rings and craft fire runes. THE best way to get to 44 runecrafting. In fact, its the fastest way to runecraft without runners.

Well either way you're going to want bags, so if you don't have those, get those first. I would do airs because the normal ess is so much cheaper and you get more runes and bulk faster to sell easier. The airs are worth more than fire runes, but as he said above the fire runes are way faster (and they also use the cheap ess) so you should probably do them unless you really need the money.

What does the 6k pure essence have to do with anything? If you're willing to use them on airs, you should be willing to use them on fires.

Crafting level? Magic level? Duelling rings are very easy to get once you have the levels to do it yourself. Gems are everywhere for sale, cuts are not that expensive. Monsters drop them, gem rocks, gem stores. Gold you just dig out of the ground, and if you enchant your own rings, each one gives you 4 trips to the alter.

This is what I used from mid 30's to around 60, then I relized there's a little something called Fast Free Laws for 54+... With this method you'd break even with using the ess, selling the runes, buying rings and what not.

True, but anybody can go to world 16 and pay air runners. It's a bit pricey if you don't have too much money, you'll have to offer 2000-2500 cash plus 25 noted ess for 25 unnoted ess to get steady business. Fires with dueling rings is less expensive, but using air runners is faster (and less annoying, IMO). Especially since you only have the first 2 pouches available to use until level 50. Plus, unloading a large amount of fires can be annoying - airs are in much higher demand.

 

 

 

IIRC, you make 4x air runes until level 44. You can easily sell them for 20 each, so each run will get you 2000 worth of air runes. If you pay 2500, juct go to the calculator and find out how many air runes, just add up the cost of that many regular rune essence, plus an extra 20 gp per rune made. If you can get away paying 2000 to each runner, you'll only lose the cost of the essence when you sell all the runes.

If you don't care about cash, the the shortening of the Body altar route from Edgeville means you can get 50% more XP for about the same length of run. (run it in lightweight/no equipment, if you have a combat level high enough to avoid the ranged barbarian that lurks nearby).

 

 

 

Of course, Body runes are practically impossible to sell, as only curse trainers use any bulk of them, though they do give the highest XP possible for standard essence.

ok so i am going to either make 55 dueling rings to make enough fires to get to 44 rc and just about break even with the cost of the esscence because I am making my own rings.... or should i make body runes for fastest normal esscence xp? I don't really care about cash just speed because I know when i hit 44 rc the cash will be flowing in. So since i am not looking for profit should i buy 5k normal ess and make fires using dueling rings that i make myself or make body runes for fastest xp? I will no long be doing airs because even though those would be best for money i have decided that i just want low cost fast xp.... so i assume bodies would be best since making 50 dueling rings when i have no supplies would take a while.

I would use fires. They are faster, and more useful. Faster xp (if you are using rings) and ALSO can be more used.

You should have read my last post. Neither is fastest ;)

 

 

 

Take regular essence and lots of cash to world 16. Go into the air altar, offer 2500 gold to runners, and when they trade you, offer them the 2500 gold and 25 noted essence for their 25 unnoted essence. Craft, and you will have several other people lining up to trade with you. This is WAY faster than bodies, and faster than fires as well.

Air runes are usually the best to runecraft as they are easy to sell.
