jade_slayer6
In this forum paper I will address the things that have been a problem on the forums and Runescape. This paper will come out every other Friday. Today I will be presenting a few topics. 1.Our Homeworld A recent thread alerted me of the problem of the crowdedness of world 9.I personally think we should stick with this world and just go to a differnent one if its full. I have also seen a lot of and quote *RHQ SOX    * from my perspective it makes us look like a bunch of bandwagon fools. If you look at it hard enough it comes down to the basics of war. such as, one country does something to another that country attacks the aggresor and then it turns into full scale watr you can also compare this to a scenario in Catherby, a tipiter says hyt to another tipiter and a rhq person said something alond the lines of world stealer. Then if both parties have the nerve it turns into cursing and other things that could be a oided by a calm, cool and collected position. And do the right thing and turn the other cheek. Iwould like this to be open for discussion. 2.Macroners Recently Jagex has been addressing the problem with macroner to what looks like their max. Although the macroners keep evading the programs and things Jagex tries to do to stop them Jagex sits back and watches while they think they are the most smartest people in the world. While the macroners are working their buts off finding a way to get around the program. I beleive Jagex should continually address the problem to the extreme. When i say extreme i mean assigning staff mods to certain points of which macroners usually occur. Although im sure the macroners are way smarter than me so tis plan can almost blow up in my face as much as Jagex and its solutions. Such as yesterday i was watching a documentary on king Henry the 8th while things looked fine and dandy on the outside there was much disorder and curruption on the inside. Another open discussion. 3.A new Weapon Recently there have been many polls concerning weapons. Such as what do you like in a new weapon. Also the current poll asks how you like a new weapon to be introduced into the game. I dont think it is hte much famed crystal halberd because if it was they wouldnt need to gather this information. I on the other hand think that it might be something like dragon claws or heck why not even dragon arrows. If anyone would like to guess at the new weapon feel free, although I may be horribly wrong and nothing new come out. Any good critisizm wished for... Thank you!
tomdavies90
if there is a new wep i think Jagex shud shock every1 and bring out a drag warhammer because no1 uses warhammers but they may change there mind........and i like new weapons to be off monsters buy they are always so crowded if they are multicombat like the chaos elemental was that u have no chance of getting the new wep so they shud make em single combat monsters and about lvl 200-ish Sig by me.... smartme
i think everyone has overlooked the obvious just because it didn't have a chance of existing in rs1 - DRAGON BATTLEHAMMER
Dalcyte
i think everyone has overlooked the obvious just because it didn't have a chance of existing in rs1 - DRAGON BATTLEHAMMER its warhammer, and i don't know wat it might be the new weapon. And its macroers, not macroners. THis is a severe problem, and jagex knows about it. Only thing we can do is to trust that they've come out with a solution that really be effective. Click for mah Blog!- I'm not sure why you would though because i never update it Achieved 99 Thieving 3/10/07-992nd to it
phata_elise
My reactions to your statements: 1) I hate the rivalry between the various fansites. Most notably Runehq and tip.it. It simply has no point. If you prefer tip.it then use that site, if you want a second opinion, try another site. 2) I think Jagex is doing what they can. Please post any reference, proving that Jagex thinks they are the smartest and don't care about macro-ers. I'm pretty sure that Jagex is pushing the limits on what is possible what the java code and that they are on top of their game. In a game like runescape where many skills rely on the simple clicking on an object, it doesn't take the most talented programmers in the world to develop some kind of macro program. Just have some faith in Jagex, they come up with something. 3) Who knows? :D
deangut
Rivals are good... I used to use RuneHq when I first started playing.. heck I didn't even know about tip.it till lvl 80... Thanks to ****** for telling me about tip.. MacroNers.. LOL... Any popular game has people that want to exploit it for real money.. Just life! You can call them terrorist or whatever.. they do help in ways.. (( Not that I want them around)) But they do keep the prices of certain items down ((yews!!)) But Jage-X will attempt to slow them down and they will adapt. New Weapon.. Some dragon weapon with a decent special thats as fast as scimi but uses crush with no controled attack for Strength trainin.. WarHammer would be cool.. Mace is just not cuttin it. @ - Come Join SoDB in Some GWD and other Slaying! - @

SAGE
Nobody likes them macroners  I do. It's those darn Macroers I don't like. Although if you sit down with a macroner they aren't such a bad bunch of people, that and they taste nice.
Dharockslayer
Dragon warhammer!!! Special: KILLS MACRO PROGRAMS AND LOWERS THE OPPENENTS STRENGTH BY 20%   Or maybe something lame like chaos elemental does, un equip item  Interrested in joining the cabbagy madness? Bubsa
Totally with you being against the RHQ or other community bashing. We don't need to. We know we're the best. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
Laps9
RuneHQ used to be really good untill the raid of miniclip. The only reason I didn't join tip.it to start with was because of the no hotmail emails policy. Macroers suck - common knowledge. New weapon I think should be a new bow or magic staff - why not mist or dust staff? put him in jail Then i'll just wait for him to drop the e-soap
captianant
hmmm... well an air/other elemental rune staff would own, it would be sooo powerfull lol all you would need is the kind of missle runes for the class of spell, and you're good to go. Sodb ForumStop thinking. It's Runescape.
SenorTamale
in the case of them introducing a new melee weapon, i think they've already introduced enough of the slower, more powerful weapons already, and they're long overdue to introduce an extreme of the opposite extreme, weaker and faster and/or more accurate version of dragon dagger. it doesn't need to be in the 'dragon' class weapon either, just a custom one. I'm sorry, but think how many places raw materials can be obtained easily, then think how many servers there are. Jagex just doesn't have enough players they can trust to assign one to each spot on each server constantly. They do the best they can with the resources they have, but right now they're trying to work on ways to stop the marcoers all together, when a marcoring account gets banned, the marcoer just starts another, it's a minor nuisance. Jagex is working on eliminating marcoing all together (or as close to as possible). As for Jagex sitting back, the macroers are completely destroying runescape's economy, community etc slowly but surely. Now considering Runescape is the Gowers livelyhood as well as a job for all those they employ, I very much doubt they're sittng back and watching it all unravel around them. I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but I wish everybody would stop bashing Jagex, our one and only enemy right now is the marcoing community.
