May 14, 200620 yr Alright, after seeing the video for the new Smash Bros., I'm making it my mission to get a Wii. God bless Nintendo :mrgreen: Holy crap, speechless. The Wario part was kinda lame but the graphics on the rest were totally unexpected! And Snake in a Nintendo game? Wow, I was wishing for Sephiroth and Cloud to be in Melee and actually emailed the game developers who replied "We love the idea and have definatly attemped it, but its impossibly messy having a different company involved, even the basic question on who gets what royalties and such makes it to hard to implement" Anyway, wow way to go Nintendo! *applause* Metal Gear was on Nintendo. Cloud would not be in, Cecil or Terra would be. Or Crono... :shock:. I can't imagine who the hidden characters would be, but atleast one has to be from Chrono Trigger. Let's make babies!

Also by this poll: http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=2375 it looks like 65% of the voters plan to buy a Wii. Not bad. Also, I just gotta say, man does it feel great to see Nintendo hopefully reimerging as a force to be reckoned with and finally recognized again by people. I hope this momentum keeps up.

I found the GameFAQ's polls informative as to what the public thinks, that site is as diverse as you can get. Last week's thoughts about the Wii Current thoughts on Wii Who do you think will dominate E3? Who did dominated E3? Fine :x . PS3 did do pretty well, better than Microsoft though. I think Wii is going to do really really well next gen now. If I had money I'd be getting one (but as innovative as it may be, I'd much rather get a top-o-the-line graphics card and Vista next January than a Wii and a TV (I'm going to university after next year, there's no way there'd be room for a Wii and a TV in my dorm room.

And getting a new monitor+Wii=probably close to 500 bucks. Plus games. And I already have a pretty huge amount of PC games that I can go back to, and all the high level games that I'll hopefully be able to play. Maybe my roommate or someone on my floor will have a Wii. That would be tight ;).

IIRC, when the N64 came out, games were ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã49.99 RRP where I'm from. That seemed to be a put off for those who just got a new system. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
