My only crit would be the back right (the guy's left) shoulder pad. It looks a little bright, although, that IS there the light is coming from, so you did it right. It just looks a little out of place. If I ever have a question of how to shade or highlight armor, I think I know where to look. You have a great grasp on those concepts.
