How much did it cost me to get lvl 50?

 

I spent roughly 1.2M on Rooms and things. I bought NO LOGS. Only cut my own from lvl 1-50. (Note:I had 300 teak and 300 Mahagony in bank)

 

 

 

Is Construction Fun?

 

YES!

 

 

 

Is it worth it in higher lvls?

 

Of course!!

 

 

 

How fast can you Level up This Way?

 

I've not calculated How Much Xp Per Hour, But Here's how much per plank :D

 

Oak - 60

 

Teak - 90

 

Mahogany - 140

 

 

 

What do you reccomend I make?

 

ALWAYS Use the highest lvl you can, if you are lvl 30 doing this way, bring about 250 noted Oaks to get you up to teaks :D

Normal - No idea

 

Oak - 60

I'm also currently working on "Wakka's Estate Castle Mansion of Doom!" which I am planning on putting lots of money into. I hope it turns out nicely and I hope for lots of events to take place theyre :D :twisted:

 

 

 

Using this method Im currently doing 15.5k oaks. Im down to about 13k now and its going really fast. I love this method and hope that others will use it too. I also hope I can get my level up before jagex goes and changes anything

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: you have waaaay too much stuff in your inventory. This is the inventory I use and Is probably the best possible, you can get 24 logs per load...

 

 

 

Normal plank is around 29 exp per with a nail.

So basically we need to build the table over and over again eh? Why not just do it in your workshop and have your servant take the finished product to your bank then sell them when people become too lazy to level the skill that far (if that time ever comes I do not know).

 

 

 

It looks extremely fast but I guess I'll be sticking with building the best thing I can build when it comes out and decorating my home a bit further and then working on the best Oak thing I can make at my workbench.
