(44 in this case considering it was in the world cup in Japan and at the time Japan were considered better than Turkey) Remember Turkey weren't that great before that world cup.

As I've said before, it's not like tennis or basketball, there are too many variables involved, it isn't all about how good the players are, as we've seen in this Cup. Well it's funny one of the reasons we play football competitively is to be ranked on how good we are, whether it's the world cup, the league system or any other cup. I agree though that it is almost impossible to rank correctly, it'll never be perfect.
