Are you kidding me? Wrestling is entertainment, yes, it's outcome is predetermined, but that doesn't mean that wrestlers don't have to spend years building their bodies and their skills. First of all, the public has to buy it. If you show a 180lbs guy beating a 300lbs guy repeatedly, they'll simply walk out on it. Furthermore, they are pretty much fully trained stuntmen when it comes to recieving the moves.

On May 28, 2001, Brian Ong volunteered to receive a flapjack from Singh. Singh did this move with two others in the gym that night, including one of the trainers, so Ong could see how it was done. Ong botched receiving the move, as he grabbed Singh's shirt instead of pushing off his back as the coaches had instructed him. He landed wrong and incurred a severe injury. Ong had suffered a previous concussion, and this second concussion ultimately proved fatal for him.
That was an incident involving the WWE wrestler Daliph Singh (known as The Great Khali). That's something that happened in a controlled training enviroment. There are no trainers watching you from all angles in the ring in front of a crowd of thousands. And that's just a relatively basic move. I can show you footage of people going through burning tables, falling from ladders through lighttubes, being hit with barbed wire, etc.. Just because it's not 'real' doesn't mean that there's no real work involved.

As for Trish Stratus, it's been known for a long time that she was done with the WWE. Lita is expected to leave soon as well, and Stacy Keibler's contract has also expired.

Eddie Guerrero died of a heart attack that was caused by long term drug abuse and the stress of constant high-level performance. (He had been clean for 4 years, but it still caught up with him).

As for Triple H, his attitude really improved over the last two years. He even put over talentless guys like John Cena and Batista, and he willingly stepped down from the race for any titles to reform DX.

If u notice his last match on WWE, u can tell he wasn't feeling well enough to wrestle.
