I live in Arkansas. Do you think they have them new fangled ipods down here? If you think yes, then yur wrong! We store mp3s in cows!

Seriously, we do have them, though I don't know much about them. I've never had an mp3 player in my life. You guys probably don't believe me though... *runs off to take a picture of the ipod display case at Wal-Mart*

Try that.

I got my ipod in January and had the 01-08-2006 version of the firmware. It did the same thing so I downgraded to the 10-12-2005 version. It works perfect and I haven't updated since.

Apparently the 11-17-2005 version is the same as 10-12-2005. If it doesn't work, google up the version I'm using and try it instead.

I know the price. I pay it gladly.

Zen > iPod. Hands Down. iPods [...] tend to get lost.... a lot...
And that's really because of something to do with the ipod isn't it? Like Zen mp3 players have some sort of anti-losing feature built in do they?

I think what he was hinting towards with that comment is that they are much more frequently stolen. Which I can almost guarantee is true. There was even some murderer in the New York subway last summer that was killing people over iPods, and iPods only.

Or maybe he really meant they are literally lost more often. I don't know.

There is a kid in my school and he stole a total of 13 iPods this school year. 8 videos, 3 nanos, and 2 minis. He made a hefty profit off ebay though :?
