Irish_Geek
Instead of having the combat level of a person shown, they could choose which skill would be displayed. In RSC when the update allowed anyone to see anyones level outside of the wilderness, that was when the spawn of namecalling directed at lower level characters was born. I believe this could put an end to namecalling to pure woodcrafters and stop the spamming of "report wc332, he doesn't respnod to mah heckling so he must be macro'r!!1" Also it could put an end to, not that it's a bad thing, but while fishing "Whats everyones fishing lvls?". This could just be inserted in so everyone knew that you had 61 fishing and you could talk about something more entertaining like Brad and Angelina or AOTS. Quality posting at its finest. Irish_Geek
Obviously while in the wilderness, combat would automatically be displayed. Quality posting at its finest.

On your own admittance wouldnt this just mean people would name call peoples displayed skill level? Guest AshKaYu
Then you could lie. For example, you see a 78 cutting a tree, you think "Okay, he's not an autoer". He could have just autoed up to that level. But since you think it's a combat lvl. . .

And for the last time not every level 3 is a autoer, skill pures, PURES #-o Retired from runescape(Banned for bug abusing)
lavirylime
How about keeping an window open to browse the highscores? If people are too lazy to do that, to hell with them. I am a tree.
brave
I agree to apont. However, I think that outside wildy your total skill level should be displayed. Whilst in wildy it should be combat level that is displayed. This would stop all the false reporting of macroing by pures who do not have any combat skills, ie still just lev 3. And if they do, they better have pub chat on.
