XII was just released (And if you havent figured it out, Final Fantasy) earlier this year. A brand new type of FF game with many new ideas, both liked and disliked by the community. Well not even a year after its release in Japan and Europe (NA seeing a release in sept-oct), XIII has been announced, and for those of you who did not see it from E3, i hae the trailer!

As you can see, the graphics from this game will mostlikely rival that of Fianl fantsy VII:Advent children, the recently released Movie, all created with CGI.

 

Also, the battle system will still be ATB, but the battle sequences will rival those from the FFVII movie

On topic : That is FFXIII? The only thing i recognize from there is the train, lol. I could have sworn that cinematic reminded me more of FFX-FFX-2 than 8 :-s . Probably the graphics.

 

 

 

Nontheless, it still looks like a great game. Probably going to get it, along with a PS3 when all the rage goes down and the prices drop. (The PS3 will cost about $899 (Canadian) according to the guy at Rogers. (Went on a fieldtrip to there - boring as hell :x , well, you get what you payed for. Nothing.)

I think it lookes preatty good, and the fact that there is a hinted single female protangonist makes it sound like it iwll be compleattly diffrent.

first thing i thought of was the game called XIII :lol: . thought they were going to do a sequel to it or something, that was a dam good game.

yes true, 10 was great, but with the addition of all the addons for VII and some other crap, things do look kinda bad for Square Enix at the moment. And it really sucks that the original producer, and Nobou U. left.

I dont know... Beatrix (FFIX) is preatty close...

Oh and BTW, FFXII's battle system is like the online verion (FFXI dosent deserve to be called a Final fantasy), but this one will go back to the older style, hopefully... Random Encounters are better then anything else!
