My vote goes to freeman. At least he did something mildly original. I don't know where it is, but I'm 99% sure you used a tut for the bryce render in your sig, mexe. Plus the beveled border in it's current state clashes with the theme of the sig; if you could even say it had one..

Also, airbrush those jagged edges away, Mexe. Renders alone = lose. Renders and PS = win.

mexe's kinda looks better. But it's so simple.

not a big fan of either, and like others had said before MeXe's sig is just a render from bryce, nothin too special about it. freeman's sig design is a little more complex design. although the color's not that great, but it still fits in with the bg design.

im gonna have to vote freeman here :P
