Organizing a 90+ level for PC

First off I apologize for the lower level players for excluding you in this group.

 

 

 

I am an avid reader here in Tip.it and also i have been fond of playing Pest Control.

 

 

 

It has come to my attention that I, for one, are being fraustrated of losing in streaks and difficulty of getting into World 78. So i would like to offer for those who have met this level requirement to join me and the others for the sole purpose of playing PC in an empty, quite and organize place.

 

 

 

Let me reinterate that this is not a clan, its a group of guys that enjoys playing pest control. That's it. Now i hope that this will also serve meeting new friends.

 

 

 

Okay, with those said, this is how im going to set this up.

 

 

 

1. Must be level 90 or higher.

 

2. Courterious to other gamers.

 

3. Likes to work in a team based group.

 

4. Willing to move and follow the group in different world.

 

5. Monday-Thursday are the playing time. Around 10 am - 11 pm eastern time.

I would be giving the names that are included in the group "in game" or through private messages so they wouldn't be overwhelm here in the forum, thus the importance of private messaging me. Now it will be descreet so they would not be bothered constantly by others.

 

 

 

And also im level 103 at the moment, just in case you are wondering.

 

 

 

Ok, since i wasn't clear on the exact detail on how we were able to obtain a decent PC rounds, I'd like to clarify it right now.

 

 

 

Again, I was with 20 100+ level when we did this. We also have a few low level players that played with us who was from the server we played at.

 

 

 

The very first thing we did was to congregate to a meeting place, which was north of the shop outside the wall.

 

 

 

Then we did a roll call that allow us to add each other as a friend.

 

 

 

We then set our "Private Chat" to friends only which shows all the green dots allowing you to know your group.

 

 

 

Before we boarded the boat, we have divide portal assignments. 2 high level people can easily terminate a portal if they know where to position themselves without moving so that they can attack the spinners and portal continiously. But in our case, we were able to afford 3 guys on each portal. 3 players protected the Void Knight. 5 players roam and kill the Defilers and other pest outside the wall.( 3 on south wall, 1 east and 1 west)

 

 

 

Yellow portal attackers helps out Blue after killing it. Purple portal helps out Pink after killing it. Vice Versa. More often, Blue and yellow falls before the other 2 so we help if theres any other portal is up.

 

 

 

Again please, please message me privately so i can attain a roster and give you guys the list of other players that will be playing with us. If you haven't met the required level, please try your best to reach the minimal level. This will be a scheduled event and it will start on Monday 26June06.

 

 

 

Also i would like to add that every 5 rounds we all reset and wait in the platform to board the ship all together. Its fun, fast and it work for us for an hour and allow to accumulate i think about 50-70 points within the hour. Im not sure the exact number but it was obviously more than the average 15-25 points you get an hour on world 78.

Also I would like to add...

 

 

 

A friend and i did organize about 20 level 100+ yesterday and we hop on not populated world and had a few other lower level joined us from that world and it only took us about 30-45 seconds per round. On World 78, it usually takes 2-4 minutes per round.

There can always be exemption as long as there's at least 15-20 level 90+ in the group. Cause having that quantity of quality levels can expedite the rounds so much faster than average.

I mean, yes if theres a group os 20-30 people we could add most of eachother or somehting along those lines, but how long would the group be sufficient? not everyone plays at the same hours and such.

 

 

 

Ive seen sugestions of a Tip.it world only for PC, which seemed like a decent idea, except unfortunately tip.it has a pretty large community and there are alot of the lazy people on here that we are trying to avoid in games like PC. Fortunately, most of them dont post =D>

 

 

 

 

 

If this is organized, I do like the idea of using a lower population world and hopping worlds discreately if needed.

Hey, you should also post this on the ARSCV forums as well. A bunch of old RSC players aught to be fairly high leveled.

 

 

 

I'm glad someone has decided to do this and I would most definetly join IF I were the appropriate combat level (Only two levels away :( ). Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, this is a great idea and has real merit. If it can be held only for your group and not have a horde of other players invade it then it'll be great. Keep your standards, don't let people less than 90 in, otherwise it ruins the idea.

i might consider it in 2 weeks im going away for a week tomorrow and i would want to do that cause i really dont like world 78 to much its pretty bad for pc me and my friend he got 5 others 90+ im usually lowest at 93 cb and we do it in sec way faster than world 78 and more enjoyable to0

A general idea of what player should do what would be good. Basically divide us up into groups beforehand and we stick with each other and play to each others abilities.

 

 

 

Such as one group consists of a bunch of random people put together, we stick with these groups and if there is problem with the group then changes would happen to make it more effective. These groups aught to then develop their own strategies for reaching their objective such as if one person is a decent mage, they sit up at the towers and mage the portals, then one person comes along with them up to who mages but is there primarily to defend the mage from taking all too much damage.

 

 

 

There are so many possiblities to this if you be creative as well as intelligent about how you manage things. If people can work together and be a team (redundant eh?) then the game will be won and this will be a success.

25 Players.

 

 

 

Portal Assignments.

 

 

 

Yellow: 3 attackers are very effected in this portal. This portal is by far the easiest one to take down. This will only take about 10-15 seconds to take down with enough high level players.

 

 

 

Blue: 3 attackers as well. Can be just as fast as yellow portal but usually a Brawler block the portal that wont all you to attack the Spinners. So you must dispose of them asap. Usually they are the level 50-75 at the very beginning of the round.

 

 

 

Purple: 4 Attackers. This is the other portal on the south gate. and by far this seems always to be the last one standing. So attackers from Pink and Yellow portal must aid them. The assigned players there must also position themselves so that they can attack the spinners on the "south" side of the portal. I'll be happy to show them where to stand properly if needed.

 

 

 

Pink: 3 Attackers. This one is just as hard as blue. But as the others the position of the attackers must be correct. and its the "east" side of the portal. This also where the most Brawlers spawn, and can be easily overwhelmed if not done properly. Most highest levels should be on this portal so that they can finish it faster and help the Purple portal when done.

 

 

 

Void Knight: 3 Defenders. there should be 3 people protecting him at all times. Those 3 should also be responsible of closing the gates, for it is important so that the Void Knight would not be maged or ranged by the pests.

 

 

 

So that leaves 9 more free hands. 4 will should watch and defend the "South" outside wall (that will be the Yellow and Purple portal gate). It always has the most Defilers and Mage (cant remember the name) shooting at the Void knight. The lower level players should be able to handle them for level 100 are the strongest pest attacks there. Shouldnt be hard to manage.

 

 

 

3 will be at the "West" outside wall (Pink portal gate). Should attack the Teleporters first. Cause the gates will be close to the mage and range wont be able to attack, just let them line up there.

 

 

 

2 wil be at the "East" outside wall (Blue portal gate). they always have the weakest monsters roaming outside. Should be handled easily.

 

 

 

 

 

As long as players are willing to do this for a cause, the rewards will be great as it great reduce the round time. Let me know what you think.

send 6 people to each portal

 

 

 

when a portal is destroyed the Void Knight regains some HP

 

 

 

 

 

With 6 people on a portal, say the average hit is a 10 per person. With 6 people the portal should be taken out within 4-5 hits, which is 10-15 secs?

 

 

 

I think portals would be taken out faster then the NPCs could even get the Void Knight to even half HP.

 

 

 

 

 

Im sure theres something wrong with my sugestion because the game would be over with in under 30 secs each round...??

Also, Syko that is also one possibility of attack. Again, my strategy is not carved in stone. Other suggestions are open and welcome to be tried.

Couple of things we need. Someone knowledgable enough to maintain the forum. And willingness to help us organize. I already see 2 that are willing to step up. Couple more have interest in help for the cause.

 

 

 

So far, ive gotten 10 players who is willing to participate. And im constantly getting new message from 2 other websites. Also i will add the 20 original level 100+ players that i played with the other day.

 

 

 

Im really getting excited about this and this will start on Monday 27 June around 12 pm eastern american time. I hope it will have the success and the beginning of new friendships.

Perhaps the easiest way to organize such a thing is to create an irc channel and every one would be given the password (pm'd so no leeches will find out) And in there people could set up a random world with who ever happens to be online atm.

Im not trying to hi-jack the other thread's list but we have already, in one night alone, have establish a dedicated forum and particapants are already willing to make this possible.

 

 

 

Just imagine, the same results would happen if they come and join us. The only difference is we are allow a little more crowd by lowering the level requirement.

 

 

 

I originally wanted to do 100+ list, since I've had experience of getting with that group. But i have noticed that level 90+ will do just as efficient as the other.
