If you die in edgeville you will respawn in lumbridge, you have to walk to draynor village and get sceptre then tele to barbarian village. What is that effect? Divine? What does it do, I don't understand what you wrote next to the pic? EDIT: Scratch that, I worked it out, just tells you how many charges are left. Oh well, thought it might have a nice set effect.
