However, every once in a while, I'll meet somebody at my school who plays a bit, and we'll have a small conversation about it. It does feel a bit awkward saying RuneScape terms in real life... you think about them every day, but they sound so weird when you actually say them aloud... DaanTheDude Posted July 4, 2006 Share Posted July 4, 2006 Especially when your native language isn't English (Dutch for me) and you still use certain expressions or conjugate English words like Dutch words (for example, I'd say "Ik ben mith aan het minen" Instead of "I'm mining mith" which makes you feel even more a nerd :P I only talk about RS to other people whom I know to play it too... Occasionally it may come up when someone says how stupid and pointless game it is, but I'm trying not to get in those conversations.
