July 22, 200619 yr Are you tired of seeing players wearing mighty and powerful armour? Or rich looking players, or even those crazy, mismatch looking costumes? Well, you've come to the right place! The idea is to get your character to look like a pretty and beautiful lady (or a smart man), dressing up in any colour or style that you think looks good on a RuneScapian woman! This contest will last for a week, ending next saturday. You will have to post a pic of your character wearing his/her costume and stat your character's RS name. I will be the Judge for the contest (I will try and be fair as possible). The 3 winners must wear thier winning costumes for identification and I will then give out thier reward to the winners. When your ready to recieve the prize just PM me in game. There will be 3 cash prizes: 1st place - 200k 2nd place - 50k 3rd place -10k The money isn't a lot, but the contest is really for fun, so join in with the competion. Now go and make a beautiful costume for your character. Have fun and let your imagination run wild! Da Rules: 1. Make sure the picture of you character and her/his costume is clear. 2. You must stat your character's name for identification or you will be disqualified. 3. Flamboyant and handsome costumes for males are allowed, but less chance of winning. 4. Have fun! Beauty Contest FAQ I have a male character, can I still enter the competion? This contest is more for female characters, but yes, you can dress up a male character to have a smart and handsome look, but don't expect to win with a male character. Did you make this contest just so you can look at pixelated woman in hot dresses? Lol! No, I've seen alot of boring rich, powerful and silly looks, I thought it would be more interesting to see the variations of the female fashion using RuneScape items. How do I post a picture of my character? Make sure your character is visible enough so you can see your character's costume well. No objects should get in the way of your characters view, or I won't be able to make a good judge on the costume. Once you think it's ready, take a pic of it, press the "PrtScn", aka "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. Open up the MS Paint program and Press "Ctr+V" keys at the same time, your picture should appear. Crop the picture, then save it as a PNG file. Now go to ImageShack and upload your picture. Copy the "Direct link to image" address for your picture and paste it in between the code in your tip.it thread like this: [img=PasteWebAddressHere] I don't know much about fashion can you give me some tips? Try and wear things that are pink/white, or any other colour that you think looks good on a female character. White tribal sandles are good for a femanine look, dwarf clothes, frog princess dresses, berets, etc. I don't have much money/limited to f2p items for this competion Don't worry, I'm sure you can think of something that looks good. Try using your imagination to win, don't rely on expensive items. The picture at the top of this topic is my f2p character and shows a good example wearing f2p items. July 22, 200619 yr You need F2P and a P2P catagory, because P2P has a lot more clothing to wear than F2P. (Even though it's probably just F2P because it's in the General for F2P.) Edit: I actually was a bit bored so I decided to create a female character. She's got no added clothing but the one you start out with at T. I., so she probably won't last that long. Hmm, good idea, but that means I have to shell out another 260k for the f2p guys, anyway f2pers can still look good. And as for being sexist, it is a beauty contest for the females characters, at first I didn't really want male characters to enter. Anyway, I thought *something* would go wrong with the contest, kinda been planning this for 2 months. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
