We all notice the epidemic of numbers and letters in Runescape names, having to be added as people already have such a name. Originality of names are becoming scarce.

 

What has happened to original names? If you have numbers (and/or) letters that you had to add because someone had already thought of the name before you, have you ever checked the hiscores of the original name, the one without letters or numbers added, just to find that none of the skills of this account are ranked?

 

What has happened, did these people just make accounts and forget about the game? Were they banned? Have they not raised skills? These are such questions that I have wondered.

 

What do you believe has happened? And do you think you have an original name?

Eh, my first acct was Gamerpenguin. I left here for a bit to try WoW. It was BORING AS HELL -.-, too much grinding and same old boring quests and such hours and hours of playing to be able to get to lvl 40; and to even think of getting to lvl 60 to do high-content raids. So when I came back, my 'friend' had stolen it :boohoo: . Or someone who wasn't my friend, how the hell should I know. So anyway my old pass was changed. Tolkien, the author of the "Lord or the Rings" books (and others in same "universe") has invented this language. Actually two forms of Elvish. There are now several dictionaries available, together with gramar rules, etc.

 

 

 

My forum name means "the man from the West" - surname of Aragorn in LOTR and my ingame name means "the elf"... both in Elvish, of course :)
