I just started a Mobius clan with 6 other Mobius's that I've met over the years(it's not even a very common name).

Hm...I will check for only "Swedishboy" in the highscores...

My friend used to call himself Opuu or something but ended up using Zamrok559 because he got hacked. He says he took the name because he supported Zamorak and he wanted to misspell it. He says he also put the number on because he put "559" at the end of all his RuneScape accounts. I believe him by the numbers, he once created a prayer pure called "Monk559" My other friend called Twisterq is also a original name. His nickname was Twister and his real life family named beginned with "q" simply. Some other friends like "Mummer" and "Pqlsemanden" created their accounts like me at the time of RuneScape classic being main RuneScape so there was free choice. "Pqlsemanden" is acctually a misspelling of "PÃÆÃâÃâølsemanden" the danish word for someone selling hot dogs, but as "ÃÆÃâÃâø" couldn't be used in RuneScape at the time he took the closest looking one "Q" instead of "ÃÆÃâÃâ¹Ãâ".

 

 

 

Edit: Today I looked it up, a player have called himself "Saradomin" but no one have called them self "Zamorak" for some reason! I would love to take "Guthix" but I don't really care!

were wulfie was the first RuneScape username I ever chose, and i got it.

It does take a while to find original names. Mine took about 10 mins of thinking, and then it came to me, why not use a German word for your name? Thus, Lebewohl was born.

A very long time ago, I created Baratus (from the game Hexen) as a PKer but gave up on him.

 

 

 

However, there's now a player moderator named Baratus, who's not related to me at all. My guess is that the original Baratus got deleted for inactivity (I don't think Jagex deletes inactive accounts anymore).

To me, an original name is one without numbers. I find people with numbers in their name aren't smart enough to think of a unique name!
