So there would be no abuse from people getting more than one. I think this would be a great idea for those who lost their cape (not just to pking, did you hear about the guy who got hacked and had his fire cape dropped). No the fire cape is not overpowered, I think that those that have earned them have a right to get them back if they lose them.
