July 31, 200619 yr when I checked the new enchanted bolts special effects, it struck my mind that diamond bolts had almost the same effect as verac (hitting through armor). So if kq's first form's prayer counts as armor, (I've heard that you still occasionally hit through it) shouldn't the diamond bolts hit through it? What do you think? July 31, 200619 yr The kalphite queens first forms prayer doesnt count as armor, it counts as prayer! Diamond bolts would only work on second form.
July 31, 200619 yr The "KQ" doesnt use prayer. Those "prayers" you see above its head are just increased def against those type of attacks. So yes it most likely could work.
July 31, 200619 yr i went to kbd with them (94 range potted to about 107)- killed 2 in a trip - not bad but not gonna go back- most of the times i hit them wasnt with the special though, the special is pretty rare, although i did hit a 22 with it. Look at him in that barrows, his hits go through your protection from melee. Therefor Veracs hits can also ignore prayer as well as armour. July 31, 200619 yr I'm pretty sure the KQs prayers act like player against player prayers meaning that they just halve your atack, or whatever the percentage is and the KQ has high defence anyway so yeah. put him in jail Then i'll just wait for him to drop the e-soap

August 1, 200619 yr They wouldn't be effective, the special happens like 1/30 shots, not to mention the bow is incredibly slow and innacurate....
August 1, 200619 yr the kq prayer works like prayer does with p vs p no rpayer u might hit 43 but with pray on you might only hit 25 its normaly possible to hit abit more than 50% of your max when your opponent has pray on. pray means that you only hit them 50% of the time but it also seems to have a damge reduction unmentioned with should be like 40% less than normal or whatever. and thats how the kq works you can hit her as if she was an npc, u cant hit your max hit with mage and range on kq but u hit the same maxes as if she wer a player... its not armour it really is prayer just not like a prayer on a normal npc GWD solo drops: Armadyl Hilt sold at 63.5m - (More to come hopefully)
