Ok first go to http://www.tip.it, then onto the xp table. Find your desired xp amount (e.g 99) So if you wanted 99 atk and str you would add the 99 xp together. Now divide by 4 and times by the xp per damage for hp which is 1.3.

 

So the formula is:

 

Level / 4 x 1.3
