August 10, 200619 yr if all ur 7 combat lvl reliant skills were the default 1, except either attack or strength which were 99? but then hp wud also go up..... ok, what combat lvl wud you be if ur stats looked like this.... Attack - 1 Strength - 99 Defence - 1 Magic - 1 Range - 1 Prayer - 1 Hitpoints - watever it wud be after 99 strength

Find your desired xp amount (e.g 99) So if you wanted 99 atk and str you would add the 99 xp together. Now divide by 4 and times by the xp per damage for hp which is 1.3.
