a community avatar seems kinda messy, not many people can work so small so giving them 10x10 to work in too easy, and kind of a waste of time..

 

 

 

you should try a collaboration grid, everyone can select a square and eventually it builds up to something really unique..

I think you may need to expand the maximum, I doubt we'll get 100 people.

 

Assuming half of the people did 2 or 3, we'd still need a lot of people. Just see how it goes.
