JaGEx could ban me at any point for any reason they could come up with, but I would hope they now what that kids name means. If not, they need to get out of their mother's basement more often :?

No, Jagex should ban anybody who has a name that violates the censors, not arbitrarily ban people. And [kitty] Crunch does violate the censors. I guess high leveled people are immune to consequences....

That is a very good point :-k If I made a lvl 3 newb name p crunch (With the ussy after the p) if p crunch had never existed, Jagex would ban me. Some high lvls get better treatment :-k I wonder if Zezima broke a rule, if he'd get banned/muted :-k

crunch cant be banned since he created the name before the said the word was bad or atlest thats my guess and probaly the same for the other guy but i seen plenty of people with bad names that aren't banned

I remember some guy named like " Nfs On Ebay" he was some kind of pure. Jagex let him have that name but then later on he got banned for having an offencive name.

The reason high levels aren't banned for offensive names is because they created the account before the rule was enforced, therefore, it would not be fair. So Jagex lets it slide. I know a level 100+ that was banned for hsi name, started only a few months ago though.

 

 

 

And Zezima would be banned if he broke rules, he has been banned twice in the past, only one occuring when he became and still is 'famous'.

 

 

 

But we shouldn't be talking bout him (Zezima). Anyways, that's my view on this whole thing. :

He wrote to jagex cos his name was rude (ur dad isg**) and they said it wont be banned as it got through there censor or something liek that. About 2weeks later his account was banned for having an offensive name :lol:

there were people banned for offensive names around the same time as the censor came into place which was EARLY. every heard of 'fkedyomom'(sp?) there was a guy who got banned because some kids claimed his name was offensive to their made up religion, his name was I THINK fominator or something along those lines

I dont think he would get banned, i think jagex would notify him that he needs to change his name, and give him the power to. I've heard that jagex can do that somewhere on their site.

No, they can't and won't. I have seen various names on RSC which didn't have 95+ stats get banned that were playing for 3 years. P crunch has 95+ stats so they really have no right to ban him for his name if he made it when it wasn't enforced and had to gain such high stats. Seems a bit unfair to me.

Untrue. Jagex will ban users for inappropriate usernames, even if they are high leveled. It's happened before.

Yeah, my friend named (F***) ur mudda got banned,except his name was spelled differently...and he was around level 111 or so...They should ban offensive names sooner...so much work gone.
