I bought a santa hat a little over 2 months ago when prices were around the 8-9 million mark, now they are worth around 18 mil and I would never be able to afford that. August 17, 200619 yr Heck yes. If you can afford it and still have some left overs to keep your daily activities up and buy things, I would invest in it. It's basically an investment where you are 99% sure it will rise in a ginormous (gotta love that word) amount of money.

There is almost no possibility of the price of these items going down unless something tragic happens to the Runescape economy. This means thats the price can only go up or stay the same. So what Im trying to say is, yeah, go ahead and buy one and hold on to it till around christmas, or you if have patience, go till the next.

August 17, 200619 yr I got a couple santas back when they were 50k (I was on vacation on christmas). I've held on to them since then in 2002, I think i've made quite a big profit. The funny thing was that the guy i bought the hats from jacked the price up to 50k from 40k when I world hopped to him, that was alot of money to me back then so I almost didn't buy them ^.~
