I bought a santa hat a little over 2 months ago when prices were around the 8-9 million mark, now they are worth around 18 mil and I would never be able to afford that. There is almost no possibility of the price of these items going down unless something tragic happens to the Runescape economy. This means thats the price can only go up or stay the same. So what Im trying to say is, yeah, go ahead and buy one and hold on to it till around christmas, or you if have patience, go till the next. I've held on to them since then in 2002, I think i've made quite a big profit.
