A desperate 10 year old (who apparently types better than alot of the players on tip.it...) has a crush. So she (or he) thought it would be a good idea to let the whole world know (or atleast tip.it :wink:). Pretty pathetic i find that a 10 year old already likes someone. Whats worse... is she (or he) claims there are 8 year olds hooking up... What's going on!? Where are the parent... i sure know i won't be letting my little girl (if i have one...)(I want a boy:'( ) be having any sorta feeling for a boy unless its a friend. It just wouldn't happen. And can you explain how you will go about keeping these feelings within your child? A regular child will begin exploring thoughts (if your catching on) at age 5 (kindergarten), so there's nothing pathetic about a 10 year old having such thoughts and wanting to "go out" with someone. I still wonder how we survive when we're having "thoughts" at age 5 though, guess that explains the 13 year olds getting pregnant, hopefully I won't snap like that :x

Hi guys. I'm 11, a boy in my class had a crush on me for a couple of years, but I didn't find out till last week when we were on holiday together! Actually, alot of my classmates came on holiday with me because we were breaking up to go to secondary. Anyway he was talking to one of my girlfriends and she asked him 'Do you have a crush on anyone?' A typical thing for her to say...anyhow she got it out of him in the end...So I suppose I didn't really have a crush on him, but he was a super-duperly special friend. I've never thought there could be more to it. #-o

 

He eventually worked up the courage to talk to ME about it (DUH!) and asked me whether I'd go out with him. Naturally I didn't know what to say...I'm only 11 and it seems a bit young for your first relationship? Well, in the end I said YES! but no I dunno...he seems a bit awkward about it.
