First of all, I want to reiterate my opinion erlier in this thread that if I am the girl's brother, I will kick your [wagon]. I have an 11 yr old sister, and trust me, it is not time for her to find out love yet.

 

 

 

I'm not trying to disprove what other people already said. But maybe for the couple GhostRanger knows, they were mature for their age. I don't think that applies for the threadstarter.

 

 

 

One reason why I don't think it's time is because I've seen these cute relationships. What you'll have in the end is not a relationship at all. There is nothing to learn. Both of you are immature, not even reaching puberty yet, and even if you guys do try to make it official, it's just not a relationship. It's more of a friendship thing. Be friends and have fun. I also don't understand how people are saying how having a relationship when you're younger helps you understand love. Is that really love? If anything, they'll have the same love that they have for their friends. The funny thing is though, my friends in real life who's had relationship when they were younger think of those as nothing more than jokes. I'm on a 17th month old relationship right now and it actually is my first relationship. (Something funny I just realized, the girl I am with is actually the girl I had a crush on back when I was around the OP's age.) This is my first and I never had any trial and my relationship has lasted longer than my friends who had elementary relationships. And I remember when I was around that age, I had two crushes at the same time once and ended up 'liking' a few more. Crushes come and go when you're young :|

To add on to that, some people even believe that having "sex" is dis-honourable if you arent trying to have a child. It kind of de-means the whole thing...If you are trying to have a child you should call it mating IMO, as corny as that may sound.

Indeed. A relationship at a younger age may work out better. Since they won't have gone through puberty they won't have their hormones telling them what they want. And since they won't exactly be wanting sex, they will wonder how good of a time they can have together rather than when they'll have sex.

You could just look into the future, see what the results would be if you asked her out, and then decide whether or not to go for it.

Anyways, i'm __ and i got a gf....nothing wrong with that. And i liked her and i took a chance, well not really, but still. How i did it was, got one of her friends to see if she liked me back. I have more friends that are girls then guys, i'ma playa lmfao... Anyways back on topic, you gotta take a chance or get one of her friends to see if she likes you back. Heh, when ever I see the girl I like I feel like just hanging back because I'm so nervous. Although I usually have the confidence to walk up to her and talk to her.. I just can't get the right chance to ask her out.. We've always got friends/family around us..

 

 

 

Noobish, if you truely like her then you should just tell her. Playing games is fun and all for a while (best if you know how to read body language :wink: ) but you'll enjoy a relationship more if you're dating. Do what you feel is best, and don't think you're too young for love.

I think you should find out more about her, like what kinds of stuff she's in to, and then see if you really want to "go out" with her once you see what she's like. And if you do decide that you do want to have a relationship with her, you should try to be friends with her. I have lots of friends that are girls, but they aren't "girl friends" or anything, and i find that once you get to know some girls, it's way easier to talk to girls that you like. And to the people that are saying that you can't find love when you're ten, i don't think that he's looking for love, he's just asking for help on how to talk to girls.
