NEVER Bevel and emboss the signature. Unless you are looking for that specific look, which really isn't needed here. To me, it just looks like a red background, some lightning which has been duplicated a few times and rotated with a bevel and emboss and stroke. Go to some tutorial sites, read a few tutorials.
