cadburys_egg
fish have gills, and sharks arent fish. Sharks are a group (superorder Selachimorpha) of fish with a full cartilaginous skeleton and a streamlined body. They respire with the use of five gill slits (sometimes six or seven, depending on the species) along the side of, or beginning slightly behind, the head. Which was the point of the discussion in the first place. There is supposed to be a hole there, even if it isn't a nostril.
