I admit that the slug-gloves were a good idea, that sanity level probably came from how uncomfortable they were and how quickly they made a mess of things when I had to open a bag of chips. Also, the porcupine gauntlets were a way better design because the spikes held onto items more effectively and that you had less of a mess to deal with.
