Nadril Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 The original Halo was a great game, but the sequals were awkward. I mean, WHY IS SERGEANT JOHNSTON STILL ALIVE!!! You quite obviously see him die in the first game. Anyways, Half Life makes a good series because the story has not ended yet. Technically, it doesnt have sequals, but more of extensions. read the books.. also @ the person that said the 3rd that HASNT BEEN ANNOUCED yet is going to be and RPG, i'd like to say to you "prove it, i want a link" no information, as of yet, has been released. as for you people bashing the halo series, shut ur goddamn faces saying its overdone, and is meteocre*, im sure you play mario and Final fantasy, and all that OVERDONE crap. Except I hate the final fantasy series, liked Chrono trigger much better. And with ever sequal to Final fantasy they make you have to play the game less... Sooo.... why exactly should I not dislike halo? You've got to agree with me that some of the level designs were horid (the last ones on the alien ship in the first... *shudders* so boring). I loved the vehicles not blowing up on Halo (so many hours spent slamming warthogs into each other) but I liked the wepons on Halo 2 better.. My point? y is he back in halo 2? he just says its classified wen the marine asks him how how made it out alive. and also i cant w8 fo halo 3 but... :ohnoes: its most likely only for xbox 360! and my mum wont let me get one :cry: so i just hope its for xbox :pray: :pray: :pray: do u know if it will be for xbox aswell? or r u certain that it will be for 360? plz pm me or write another message in this thread answering my question... Brad25891 Posted October 4, 2006 Share Posted October 4, 2006 My views - Halo 1 - The best game ever realeased on the Xbox Halo 2 - Lame story line (not much difference), Awesome dual wielding, Game too easy (took me a couple of hours to complete) online mode = Awesome Halo 3 - This will be the best of the halo series. They have been developing this game for a LONG time. What i am expecting from this game is a Decent story line and a longer game. Awesome online play. And some outstanding graphics (HD) Halo Wars - LAME completely lame. Biggest mistake Bungie/Microsoft have ever made. Why make an awesome First Person Shooter? Ok it worked with some games but not all... A big mistake. Halo RPG- How is this going to work? I'm guessing a bit like WoW with Guns and stuff tho... i suppose this will be a very hard game to do... i have not yet come across a first person shooter rpg yet.
