one of my first attempts to make a planet..

Yeah, the texture for this planet seems very bland and lacks depth. Good effort though..

It's good enough. I would like to see some other colors, such as red, blue and purple though, I think those look the best.

Very good but um.... is that a crater that makes out the words "Done Planet" :wink: lol just kidding... Very good job but yeah add some depth and color, then it'll be awesome

Try and get a texture to make it look like theres land and water, and then try adding in some clouds on top of it.

Well there doesn't necisarily need to be water and clouds on it :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for the planet, try giving it a little more depth. At the way it is right now it seems like it would be more fitting as a small planet, kind of an extra in a space scene.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ps: Get rid of the 'Done Planet' text, its kinda anoying, yet amusing, at the same time :shock:

i didnt plan on addin anythin around this since its jus me practisin doin the planets..

 

 

 

wen i actually get good at making them, ill start adding stuff around it and shit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i used photoshop for the person that asked that question.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and i added the 'Done Planet' part so no1 would steal it eben though it isnt good :P

Its not too bad, except for that outline of the planet which shouldn't be there. Still room for improvement though, keep working.
