Drop Party Tips:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Public to Friends - Add the Dropper. you dont see the "Hyt" or "amagawd i get nothing!" or the random stupid gibberish all you people type.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Telegrab = Pointless - RSC it was the best way, considering it was faster than grabbing manually, now its too slow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Randomly Clicking around the map - chances of drop divided by 1000.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bad Luck. - everyone gets it. Drop parties arent all luck, there is a greater chance of getting drops if you know where they are.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Id have to say there were about 300 opts there, so about 100 people showed up. and there were an avg of around 8-10 on a pile. and the other 90 were scattering and sitting on others, stay in one spot and click repeatedly till you see a RED X under you, then move to the next spot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Drop Party Prep:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TBH - i played Simon for the Half hour i was cutting trees on my noob - Atomix Goat. Helps the memory part of it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step one. He gave the area - Take a picture of it and prep to make note of where the Green Dot Travels. most of the time i just had a mspaint open with it on there and made a red dot where i saw him walk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2. the show time for items being dropped is 1min. if you arent done prepping in that one minute - forget it, you probobly missed the drop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3. after about 10 different dots on your "wheres the drop dot map" connect them - remember where you start.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

this was mine for one round

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and basically for the first 10 dots, there will be people hovering so, line them up and get the drops...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And in no way do i mean to slaughter his quitting post or anything - its just that people complain. and i dont like it.

I don't fancy drop parties in RS2 much :(

good party but...never ever do big drop parties in open spaces like that. as soon as some passer by gets a whiff of the words "drop party" they're there like a sheep. houses make for 200million times better drop parties, because

 

 

 

1) most houses are in pretty random ares, where noobs don't go, like yanille or rimmington.

 

 

 

2) a noob might here there's a drop party but not know whos house to go to

 

 

 

3) after parties own there

 

 

 

4) much more space in the green areas outside house to drop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

just saying that for anybody thinking of a drop party in the future, nice party though i got rune boots, but really we had no chance because of all the lvl 50-60 noobs who dont even use tip.it running around shouting free stuff i want whip omg i got bones!!! if only private chat changed the people onscreen as well...lol on=see everybody, hide=see as a see through figure, off= see nobody not except you, friends=see only friends and you. drop partie would own like that lol
