I am going for 99 cooking and will be cooking lobbys til 99 becuase im almost 74 cooking. I Am f2p, and I am looking for a f2p place to cook not in doors so I can get randoms, next to a bank, to cook. I want a cool place. I can light fires, so it doesnt have to be a stove. Any Suggestions?

make fires on road to barbarian village

Use Edgeville bank World 7. Theres a Willow tree nearby for some logs, and I'm also there so you can use my fires if I'm cooking.

In edgville, there is a range with a 5 second walk. I don't know why nobody uses it, but it is the clostest to a bank ( I think) and the pkers there are always buying lobbies...

Draynor bank,the counter is 2 steps away from the outside so you can light and cook real fast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lumby castle's level 3 bank, theres logs on the ground you can just light and cook.

I would suggest using Draynor Bank for the Edgeville Bank. \

The kebab shop in al-kharid which is next to the bank has a range. That one is quite close (not very).

Lumby castle bank. But dont light the logs! U'll burn too much using logs. Just go downstairs, and use the lumby kitchen range. Not only do ranges burn less than fires, this particular range is supposed to burn less than other ranges of rs.
