I sat down awhile back and I wondered, what can I do to plan for hunting. I knew I could never guess what items were going to be used but I atleast wanted to get the right day.

 

 

 

So I guessed it would be the monday thanksgiving break was out (2 days from now)as it just seemed like the most logical day. So what do YOU think the day will be? :ohnoes: :uhh:

Thanskgiving is an american holiday, Jagex is UK based. Therefore a thanksgiving holiday has no bearing on when they will release updates.

But I like to be precise on the release of things :D I hated when they released cons without warning.

Jagex do an update every 7 days, however, when they remove a Holiday Event, they add an update as well, so the next update SHOULD be on Monday.

Here in Scotland, its the long weekend on Monday and Tuesday, I dont know if it affects England but I really hopr huntings out on monday!

While that's typical, it's not not always. There's been several updates that came out of order of BTS, like Bank Pin (pretty sure that was one of the out of order ones).

Well, I know for a fact that some of the bigger updates (construction as an example), were released a few days after the normal update day (monday). I'm expecting it on wednesday.

i am hoping it doesn't come out on monday....i am getting the nintendo wii in about 12 hours from this post....i will most likely be playing that instead of playing rs....if it comes out i may have to play though....but the wii is so coo!!!!!

There might be a graphics update this monday,

 

 

 

and the quest and hunter skill coming out the same time( just like herblore, where u need to finish the quest before u start hunter)

And by the way, thanksgiving break is just an american holiday, and jagex is based in england.

Oh and just to make it clear, I just want to get on really early because that's the one day to exploit people in their rush to 99. (like in cons nails were 1.5k a bar...)

well, theyll probably release different items for hunting so people wont be able to do that.
