A whole pile of entirely useless junk?

Featured Replies

Ive been wondering...

Do you think there would be a market for hideous amounts of entirely useless stuff?

Say, for example, that i had 100k hammers, do you think that i could sell that for a fair price to someone who would like the novelty? (Incidently, i dont have 100k hammers )

I'm just curious if anyone has experienced this kind of sale, have you sold 200k spades for several million? ever had anyone try to sell you 3M wizard hats?

I have never done something like that. I think it's pretty much impossible to sell something like that, other to a mad collector...

I think I heard of someone on these forums (not sure if he's still here) that bought large amounts of chef's hats.

Check out my Pocket Slot idea!

I believe the insane cabbage cult has received offers of several millions on their stashes of cabbages a few times.

There was somebody on here about a year ago from the mad cabage cult name was something like oergg or something.... she / he had like 300k cabages and like 30k of each colour beads :oo! amazing

The only useless item that I have ever seen someone wanting on here is burnt sharks. There was some guy buying them for 500 gp each not too long ago.

First Barrows Item From Chest 2/20/2007 - Verac's Brassard :D

I saw some one buying burnted lobbies. But if you use cooked on a range again it burns. But you don't see a huge market for cheap nick nakes in runescape.

Fliers and chef hats also sell good. A lot of people collect them.

Yeah, thats what got me thinking :-k

Burnt fish seem to be popular. probably because of the amount people create whilst upping their cooking skill, might as well do something with the waste items.
