Jock66600
I wonder what the hunting requirements will be or what it will be. I think it would be in the falconry place. When you talk to him it says "do you have a quest." And the requirements are probally 65, because that the quest will be released next week and people already got tolvl 50 and above. What do you think? :-$
icedragon444
I think it may be lower than 65, maybe like 43 since that's what it takes to use falcons. ALthough if it's like the quests that use construction, the requirement will be like 5 :? .
hamgod316
The skill is too new to have a requirement of 65 or 43. It has been less than a week since the skill came out and Jagex won't have a quest with a hunting requirement till next month or maybe even Janurary. If they do come out with a quest, I'm sure the requirement will be pretty low. - Affliction - 100 Combat - 9/15/06Merchant / Skiller

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when the construction quest came out, didn't people already have 99 construction?
Dork
If it follows the 'trend' of the first quest released after a skill comes out (related to that skill), it'll be 5-10, lol :? A 43 requirement would make sense though. In behind the scenes-November, Jagex states something about a hunter quest called 'Eagle's Peak' so yes there will be 1 b4 jan. we were given this privledge to get easy exp, everything has a cost. Turk
I've been wondering what the quest requirements might be since tinkering around with the falcons. This is just my own wishful thinking, but maybe the quest will allow us to use the falcons outside of the pen. I know, it's doubtful, but if the requirements for the quest ARE 43, which I doubt, then it's a good possibility. I was mainly thinking this might be the case, because of all the raccoons, squirrels and what-not that inhabit RuneScape. Why were they not somehow included into the Hunter skill? Just like the Kebbits, they would make great prey for the falcons to hunt, so it's a possibility; at least one I see. Again, this is all wishful thinking on my part, but eh .. Who knows? FastForce
My guess would be around 5 - 20. Garden of tranquility required 5 farming right? Not sure about the first construction quest, I got 70+ construction during the first two weeks :P Road To Trimmed Completionist
Golvellius
Hoping it will be low and not come out till 07. Exclusive Legacy Mode Player He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. jdd555
I think it will be 29, there u have the ability to lay a box trap but cannot catch anything with it, and there are SO many ferrets around the Eagles peak...
wishkahbanks
I think the quest requirement would be 43 and it would have something to do with falconry, maybe involving eagles peak as it currently has no uses

Raven6666
Has anyone really checked the world map? A bit to the west of the Gnome Stronghold is an area called "Eagles' Peak" and the quest name in the BTS is the exact same name, so I would guess it would depend highly on this, but tracking may be the main feature of the quest. And finally this month, we release our second quest: Eagles' Peak. This exciting update is focused around the Hunter skill again, inviting the player to learn more about the mysterious disappearance of one of Ardougne Zoo's freelance specimen hunters. After promising them the delivery of a rare ferret the poor chap set out to the far western reaches, somewhere between the Piscatoris Fishing Colony and the Tree Gnome Stronghold. Something strange must have happened to him, though, as he has been missing for days! Will you be able to use your new-found skills to track him down? Well the ferrets and the eagles in that area should be playing a large role, and we cannot get to the exact top of the peak as there is a strange looking boulder in the way(no options on it) but there is a small cavity in the boulder. Jock66600
I was just thinking since, everybody is already getting their hunter above 43 already, 65 does seem high but what about devious minds? I know its not a new skill but thats pretty high. Hunter is an easy skill to get up and I think I should have made an attempt to research this a bit more. Thanks though, interesting that the eagle's peak can't be accessed, maybe after the quest its a new hunting ground? The falcons are getting pretty cramped. That seems way to low, lvl 5 hunter. I managed to get past the the first hour trying out this skill. But your opinion. My opinion is since construction was a money drain, thats why it is so low. A correction, garden of traquility was 25 farming. Hunter is a fun skill and I would expect it to be high because of how easy of a skill this is. Just takes time and not money. (Construction) Thanks for all these wonderful thoughts about this skill, it has helped a lot.
hellbellz
hopefully the new quest lets use use/hunt lvl 75+ stuffAmen to that :) 66 isn't all that good when you still have 33 lvls to go..

Zodiak12
43 and being able to use falcons outside for something would be cool, maybe an imp style thing but it can fly to the bank. Or allows you to use an eagle like the falcons for bigger prey. There's a lot of possibilites but will most likely be level 5 or 10 like the one for construction.
