There's a few floating around - not sure which one is the best.

Before anything else, a rule should be created for people to know spoilers bother the community. If not a proper rule, with a punishment for rule breakers, just an advice, but this must be communicated to the posters in some way.

Kind of like this where people who want to know have to physically do something to read it unless they can read this small in which case they are screwed. Generally, most people do it like this.
