Rank of hardest to reach F2P 99s (besides the ones that I won't do, and assume I have enough to purchase the materials required for 99): 1. Rc 2. Mining 3. Fishing 4. Wc 5. Prayer (Burying bone after bone hoping my back doesn't break before I reach 90 prayer) 6. Crafting (Craft X) 7. Smithing (Smith X) Though, crafting and smithing I am unsure of because I don't know what you would craft/smith to 99... But assuming craft x/smith x is used, then it should be pretty easy, considering they are both within walking distance from a bank.
