It looks like alot of filters over an image, but Im sure you pixeled it yourself :P

thank you, and yep, i used a photo of trey spruance for the top part, and a mirror for the bottom

you're probably gonna do this but, blend the colours together more on the face and maybe make his eyes have some white they look kinda small otherwise, other than that its awesome

looks more like a vector to me.

looks like a photo's been colour-reduced to me, there's no style to this.

Sorry, but this looks exactly like the Posterize filter at 5-7 levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have a hard time believing you pixeled it.. because it just looks so much like you posterized it..

why is there still remains of a bg in spaces in his hair (the white and grey stuff)

Taking a photo, adding some effects then changing it a LITTLE with the pencil tool does not make this a hand drawn pixel.

Actually you just proved all you did was zoom in, add effects then alter some of it away so it looks hand drawn.

ok some crits would be to clean the linework up a bit, one nostril is wider than the other.. Maybe define the nose more. His mouth maybe needs softening more, highlights on his lips?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just really needs cleaning up more, it looks messy imo which probably gives the impression of a randomised effect being used to get to this. Keep it up Mega.

The outlines are leftovers from when I first started. when pixeling what i did was use flesh color for the basic shape, then I added colors onto the shape for more detail. (if you attemp to use color conservation, you'll know what im talking about). I left it there as an attemp add anti-aliasing.

sigh.. colour selections are totally different, jaw is much smaller, shading differs in most places. Its just a case of trying to dublicate a photo of yourself by the magic of sight. geez.. sorry mega.
