Melee Goals

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Well, my good ol' friend - and a fellow Tip.It'er - has inspired

 

 

 

me to only train my melee stats through Slayer. He's just

 

 

 

gotten access to the Dust Devils at level 89 with 65 Slayer,

 

 

 

which is a great achievement in my opinion. I'm taking that cue

 

 

 

from him, so when I think of Melee, I think of Slayer!

 

 

 

I will, however, take breaks from Slayer Melee training to try my

 

 

 

hand at other, more rewarding forms of combat. I've fought the

 

 

 

Giant Mole many times now - yet all the nests had rubbish in

 

 

 

them! I want to give Barrows a go, but I'm getting up my range,

 

 

 

magic, and defense/slayer for that. Almost there though! I also

 

 

 

want to eventually try my hand at Dagganoth Kings and the

 

 

 

Kalphite Queen, but that's not for quite some time. But, Steel

 

 

 

Dragons may be in my near future :^.^:

Barrows Stuff

 

 

 

Well, seeing as I recently got 55 slayer, I decided to test my luck at Barrows. I bought a Torags Plate and Veracs Skirt, a few prayer pots, and off to Barrows I went! But, to my inevitable bad luck, I've gotten nothing but runes, and I'm actually losing deaths and minds. Here's my outfit...

Right now I'm back at Slayer and only 26k from 70 Defense, and 3k for 52 Slayer. Got my 50 Ranged, took a break and got 50 Firemaking. My good friend is letting me borrow his Black Mask for Slayer! Wewt!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S

Meh.. went on my first ever Barrows Trip! Ok loot, nothing but runes and a few geepee. But it was most definetly worth the experience! I'll have to go back sometime after I gain a few more levels and better armour.

barrows is fun, and addicting I used it to get dchain and legs 8-)

I don't think I'm quite ready for it just yet. But that trip sure was fun! But I'm glad I had my fellow Tip.It'er there, Alpha Koldes!

So.. almost 53 Slayer, just got 52 Range, and working on my Fire Giant assignment (112). HYTs are appreciated! I might make a HYT list sooner or later if I get enough; I don't usually seem to be popular enough though!

Slayer-izing still! Going strong. Just hit 72 Attack and 87 combat!

Fishing up the levels for my next clue. Gotta get it up to at least 63 so I can eat that magical Admiral Pie to get in the Guild de la Fishers.

Been trying out Barrows lately, not much happening there. It's easy, it's fun, but they keep jipping me! :XD:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Right now I'm in le Fishie Guild fishing up some lobs for 65 Fishing, mebbe 68.

Yes! Yesterday I got my first Barrows item, a Torag Helm. Only 150k, but hey, that's 150k more than I had before.

Had 700-ish nats sitting in the bank, gathering dust, so I decided to put them to use. Actually found a seller selling almost the amount of yew longs that I could alch, so I bought 'em up. 700 alchs later, 61 magic, and off to Mage Arena I went. It was a pushover; waaaay too easy. Got a shiny new God Cape to go Barrowing in now!
