i just fond a anshovis pizza, i was low on healt so i just took it and ate it

it healed 18 in total so that is the best food i think in f2p and if you eat it you can eat another half. I think it is a good food for training not for pk.

I have only 1 problem..

Where on earth are you getting lots of pizza's from?

Get lots of anchovie is quite a task aswell..

The best spot, firm and closed, is bandit camp in wilderness, but I have tried it and it is no good. Sorry, it is well known, but because of the time you need to spend on making just a handfull of them, its a crazy mans job.

Yeah i knew it, and it is pretty good in theory for training. But like said before, it takes too much time to make. It would probably cost around 500gp each to get ppl to cook em, so most folks would rather sticks with lobsters.

[on a related note, the most exp for f2p is given by chocolate cakes i think, but that , for the same reason as pizzas, are also not cooked for exp]

Life is a joke. Yeah, I don't get it either.

Only make Anchovy Pizzas if you find everywhere around Bandit Camp empty. Going there can be quite the death wish. :?

Anchovy Pizza IS the highest total in F2P, 18 healing when Swordfish are 14 and Lobster 12.

It is equvalent to carrying twice the number of Salmon, at 9 per bite.

Tedious to collect though, as it either means a risky trip to the bandit camp in multicombat wilderness (for Pizza base, cheese & tomato respawn, fishing spot for shrimp/anchovy), or camping the cheese & tomato in the Port sarim shop, or the free respawns in Aggie's, then making them.

The Cooks guild has a small advantage, in that you can carry more grain, fewer pots, and recycle the pots. Making bases there, with a lot of grain and few containers for flour and water, then assembling pizza elsewere, may work better, such as assembling them while camping for cheese & tomato. Cooking at the lumbridge range may result in greater success.

The other "bargain" in F2P cooking (at level 25) is stews, best if you reach 8 crafting & make a load of bowls.

Around Draynor works well, as you can nmake a stew with chicken as well as meat.

To the west, on the Port Sarim side, the chicken farm provides chickens to kill (a little combat in whatever style you choose) with bones to bury for prayer and feathers to collect for fly fishing, plus a water source to fill the bowls and a choice of trees (normal, oak, yew). To the east, is a potato field.

The result for level 25 cooking, is an 11 healing stew, only 1 lower than lobster which is level 40 to fish and cook, while more healing than Tuna.

In practice, levelling up on fishing & cooking is usually preferable, since it trains two closely related skills, but thes two items work well in F2P, the stew to get the most out of level 25 cooking, and the Anchovy Pizza for ultimate endurance when not getting hit too badly.

well, that's handy for members who will be going f2p for a while - we can use culinromancer's chest to get ingredients for loads of pizzas, the only trouble is the anchovies, but they aren't that rare

Back by popular demand!

And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all.

You can fish anchovies at the willow trees in draynor village.

EDIT: forgot to cricl the farm :-w

Actually the chickens are in between the cabbage fields and the spot you circled

They're in both spots, to be more accurate.

To go back to Pizza for a moment...

Anchovies are caught along with shrimp in a small net, once fishing level is 15 or better, at all locations where shrimp may be fished.

Since the topping is added later, plain pizza made at lower levels may be kept and topped later.

Meat topping is another option (at level 45), but results in 16 total as 2 bites of 8.

Members can apply pineapple topping at level 65, for 22 total in 2 bites of 11.

Wow, I had no clue they healed that much. Sure they would be terrible for PKing, but pretty darn good if you are going to lessers or something.

A little off topic here, but I've never PKed so I'm wondering...why aren't they good for PKing if they heal so much? :D

They're bad for pking because they take a long time to make and you need to click twice to eat them in that time you could've already started attack if you were using a one-bite food.

I united Mongolia, sent my Mongol Horde across Asia and made it to Europe...

Then my mom vacuumed the room, turned off the Genesis and thus ended my hopes of world conquest.

Because you waste "one turn" eating each piece, and in the time you eat a pizza you could have eaten 2 salmons (that heal the same), or higher food. However, when training, you have time between battles, and you can eat between each of them.

Personally, I love Pineapple Pizzas for p2p, as I don't PK and rarely fight bosses.
