my sisters friend hit a parked car not that badly and got a big choir trip taken away. her picture was also in the paper for choir, the article was about the trip but the newspaper didn't know that her trip got taken away. [cabbage] happens to good people

at least it wasn't serious. I got a broken arm from a car crash on the way to school

And, I was on a roadtrip with my Mom when I was 8 or 9, and we saw an accident...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A Geo, with 4 passengers, was speeding, and no one was wearing seatbelts. They ran into the back of the 18 wheeler, ejecting 3, leaving one on the dash. 3 died, 1 was in a coma for 4 weeks. When we drove past, they were covering two bodies, and loading one into a waiting ambulance. I had nightmares about that for two months following it.

A guy in my geometry class had his mother die recently. She was trying to pass a car on a 2 lane highway (speed limit 55) and she hit an 18 wheeler head on.

If you get into an accident with a passenger vehicle while you're on a motorcycle you're more likely to get hurt seeing as how you're not protected by anything other than what you're wearing. Remember, you need a helmet and leather is nice for protection. ;)

In the summer of 2004 there was a huge accident involing a drunken teen driver in a big truck... My frnd was with in a family car with his family and 2 cousions.. They were about to go onto the freeway.. and the drunk driver came speeding at around 89mph down onto the freeway.... He hit my frnds car and it went flying into the freeway.. Then it got hit by 7 more cars goin 59mph.. The car was flipped upsidedown.... NO SURVIVOURS.. My frnd was.. killed.. and i was 10 yrs old... heading into 5th grade :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
