January 2, 200719 yr Well hunting is fun (in my opinion) and it's easy to level once you get over around 15-20. Anyways, I have them and I think they are worth it. You are like 33% better?... That's my opinion while ive been trying it out. That's not fact though, just in my experience. :) Guide to Everything Fletching XBL: Karmastocracy[stumbleupon]* Sits on a mossy rock with a notebook in hand, observing the behavior of the specimens dubbed "Fanboys"~"Even when the odds are against you, even when the chance of victory is bleak and your situation looks hopeless, take a look at the horizon, and think back to what you have learned. January 2, 200719 yr From what I hear, they're very useful. I'd go ahead and get the Hunter level required. It's not that hard, really. Do some tests without them first, then do some with them, and compare. Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! All are welcome!

January 2, 200719 yr It's good to train Hunter. Once you hit... 30 methinks, you can start training on Green Salamanders in the Swamp southeast of Canifis. They're good experience until you get to Chinchompas. Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! All are welcome!
January 2, 200719 yr 33% better? Please get this confirmed through some decent amount of thieving with and without gloves.. Personally, I think the gloves are pretty disappointing. They wear off fast (disappear) and i cant notice a clear difference in failrate. I would guess 5%, 10%max improvement..
January 2, 200719 yr I've read several posts on this on RS OF, wherein people tested it out over 500-2000 attempts. Improvements of 2-4% were the norm. Worth the trouble? Meh...
January 2, 200719 yr Thieve at Pyramid Plunder instead. Faster, more fun, less tedious and more profitable. The gloves don't make a difference there so there's no need to bother getting 54 hunting for them. :) ....:::Datasi:::.... ....:::99 Magic:::.... ....:::99 Thieving:::....http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/3741/picture15jm6.jpg[/img:c156a

January 2, 200719 yr Author thx for all the comments and yes, i have thieved alot at thieving pyramid(till lvl 80 from lvl 60 ) but i got hacked, and lost everything ...yes everything in bank...not 1 single item so i thief at paladins to get money back for armour etc im not in for the training im in for the money but i heard someone about the gloves disapearing? what u mean? do i need like 100 pairs of gloves or what :-s :ohnoes: Apparently none of you can multiply correctly....300cats x 100deaths= 3,000deaths 3,000deaths=900,000gp^^WTF?^^
January 2, 200719 yr I heard of the gloves, and merrily went off to get the hunter level, I was really disappointed. Yes, they do disappear, they only last a short time, and I cant say I noticed any difference whilst wearing them at all, so got my 99 without. Obssesive compulsive - not me, I`m just totally addicted to RS :D

But no worries, because the skins needed to make the gloves are laying around the training area in piles and piles. I just grabbed a load full and made the gloves. I don't notice a big difference on highest level theiving. Didn't help me a smack on Hero. A circus in Runescape?? Oh my. REMEMBER RUNESCAPE KARMA! Be a nice player, and nice things will come back to you.I'm back, add me if you deleted me. :)
January 3, 200719 yr i used mine from 41 theive to 50, they dont disapeer as far as i know They do after a while when pickpoketing, I got the hunter level but they're not really worth it. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
