how?

Before you save the movie file, it'll give you options for quality.

As for the error, I can't exactly tell you what to do.. since it could be anything causing it.

1. Import your video and edit

2. file -> Save Movie File

3. Choose quality

I'm not really sure what you're asking..

what do you guys recomend the settings are when using the hypercam?

Such as fps, clicking, etc.

Also, when i record test videos wherever i put my mouse the screen follows it, like when i move my mouse to the bottom right corner of the screen the hypercam moves to! And when i put my screen in a certain place, like set it for the runescape window then i just films the coner of the whole screen!

Can someone help me plz!

Use whatever settings YOUR computer can do best. Everyone's computers are different, so everyone should have slightly different settings. Try them all out with test videos and find the best set up for your computer.

I believe the follow-mouse option is under the Hot Keys. It's the "Switch Pan Lock" option at the bottom. Check the settings and you should be able to fix it.

Recording the sound from the RS applet.

(I haven't tested this, it's just off the top of my head)

[hide=Think back..]You are feeling sleepy, you are feeling very sleepy. Watch my finger. :shame: Watch as it lulls you into a dreamlike state.

Now think back.. THink back to Jagex's war on SS.

[/hide]

The point of that blabber is that a little while ago, Jagex changed RS' sound output from midi, so that it can't be easily intercepted en route to your speakers.

The easiest way to capture sound is to plug your speaker out into your microphone in (make sure to have your microphone volume muted) using a double ended 3.5mm TRS plug http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_plug. THen simply set the audio in to use the microphone in line

easy.. :?

Yea I got a clicking habit I guess...

I used windows movie maker, I was seeing how well the pause button worked lol, also before I recorded I bumped the FPS up to 20 and compression quality up to 100%, just if anyone wanted to know.

Looks like it's fine to me...besides the dern logo in the corner..eh

Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob.

98% of all runescape players wastes most of their time on skilling, if you are one of the 2% that stayed with player killing. Put this in your signature.
