Daily Journal - [17/06/07]

 

I've been Barrowsing for a long time now, but I am still not tired of it.

 

Today I got two drops, a level and met a couple of people. I sold some stuff in W2, bought a Veracs Brassard, and now I am only 1.3m or so away from getting the helmet. Nothing left to say, it has been a great day. :D

 

I just sold 20k Maples, for a mediocre price of 1.5m I bought the helm. The firecape attempts start on Saturday.

I've been reading through and watching some guides for maging Dagganoth rex, and because you use Veracs and not Guthans I am interested. I *think* for the runes and pots for one trip it is like 700k, I'll ask someone like Colossus to check for me though. Could be the rebirth of DKing for me. :shock:

Yeah, using Veracs is very well possible. Just that the trips are 2 times longer when using Guthans. (at your level that is, when having 90+ def using Veracs becomes more worthwile)

Well, there are still tons of lower level players that DK in Veracs :) It's possible :), just not for extremely long trips.

Or just go for the shorter trips... Shorter trips = less runes used = cheaper trips! :o :P
