Don't bring any food and don't go wild with buying armour for it because you don't need it. You need to be 30 combat so your fine. No; the monsters in PC half of time arent attacking you and the other half, they dont hit high enough to make a difference. If you have 43 prayer, it's an advantage if you get one of the lvl 159s on you. But no. Don't bring food. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN!
