Remember, you earn exp based on that hit that you do, so for the fastest training, you want to be hitting "constantly". Monsters lower than you tend to be easier to hit then those your own level. Plus, you would need less food. Hope this helps

January 23, 200719 yr yep, Flesh Crawlers hit a max of 1, and they wont do you any problem if you wear good armour into the thick of battle. moreover they are aggressive creatures, just need to turn up volume a little while u surf TIF at the same time~ Trouts and salmon are waiting for you in the river should you get low on health.
