Darrel104
1. check contact pins and slot connector to make sure they are not bent or anything 2. check to make everything is clean(contact pins and slot connector) 3. try to get it to work 4. if that doesn't work then it has possibly corroded(or something else) I might be wrong on something though. fearspudgod
I used to give my old n 64 a good ol' blow and it would work. SOMtimes it would give me a green screen though http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/975/70961xn8.jpg[/img]Playing WoW

nomar04
that usually happens the first few tries with not-so-good nintendos. i depends on the game if it will work. the first thing to do would be to blow out all the dust in the game, and the slot where you put it in. then turn it on, and wait for like 5 pulses. then hit reset. and keep trying that for like a minute. if that doesn't work, i dont know what to say. aaron1120
Get ready for a lot of blowing. Ha! I was so in the habit of doing that, that when I got my Xbox I still routinely did it! On-Topic: Blowing into it sometimes works, or take a vacuum to it, it may just be dust. < | Runehead | Learning Java Programming, Please PM Me Tips | Signature by Loaf2000 | >

das1330
i have one of the origionals and the problem is that the mechanism that holds the cartrage in gets messed up over time and doesent hold the cartrage in. try shoving a case or somthing like that in on top of the pushed down cartrage and it should work. that is what happened to mine (thats why they swiched to top loaders after the origional)
