We are looking into fixing this as soon as possible, in the meantime the webs have been removed. A similar problem exists in the Lumberyard - to which the ever heroic Wise Old Man has come to the rescue! Should you wish to leave the Lumberyard but are unable to climb the fence, why not just have a chat with the Wise Old Man and he will be more than happy to help you out! So it's not a bug.
