So don't think that f2p players are cheap, they just can't find a way to pay. Ya! Like me :evil:and definitely me. and IF they really did that, i will probably quit because i have nothing more to achieve.. and im sure many other f2p high lvls will do the same. x76 Posted November 7, 2004 Share Posted November 7, 2004 indeed its a very stupid idea...i was a member for over a year then jagex randomly cancelled my members when i payed momth by month with a credit card and i got bored with the game so i stopped playing for a long time at that point and recently came back to playing about 30 minutes a week and i'm well over level 40 in every skill but runecrafting so it'd be kind of crappy for me and people that have done the same as me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

F2p is the game...p2p is the expansion. And WHY do members need more servers? I have only seen a members server full ONCE since ive started playing, and that was world 2 (which is full for the same reason as World 1...merchanting). How could you get rid of the ones that made the game the way it is now. Well Jagex has changed alot but f2p doesn't get any upgrades isn't that bad enough. btw im p2p for now but i have played many accounts that have been f2p over the years even before paying was an option. And the member worlds aren't that crowded yea its not empty like we all like sometimes but if you have a problem with that don't play massive multiplayer games... Most people just play runescape for a bit of fun and don't want to spend money on just having a bit more to do. Or they cant become members cos their parents wont let them. I don't much see the 'we CANT pay' argument, theres no length people wont go to if the desire to reach the end result is great enough, getting a job, begging, sneaking around lieing, who cares I'm sure you could do it if you're morality allows it. ;) Anyway, don't think capping f2p works, they already get nothing and in a few months p2p spots are getting crowded so I can't even begin to think of the hell on earth f2p must be! One thing which does bug me, why the hell do Jagex keep adding f2p servers? If I was them I'd drop 10 f2p servers and let them all hit 2000 players then add 1 or 2 more, make a load more p2p so we can train in peace, not like empty p2p servers are worse than quarter filled f2p if everyone was jammed into almost full f2p ones. ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
